WOCH offers free listings and safe purchases. If the seller works through the "Safe Deal", your money does not go straight to the seller: it is held in the account of the Law Firm "P.O. HUMAN RIGHTS" until you confirm that everything is fine.
STEP 1. Find a product or service
• Use the search and filters on the home page: category, price, region, city.
• Open the listing and check the photos, description and specifications.
How to recognise a safe deal:
• If the product page has a buy button (checkout or "Add to cart"), the seller works through the Safe Deal and your money is protected.
• If there is no buy button, it is a regular ad. You deal with the seller directly, and WOCH does not protect such a deal.
STEP 2. Log in or sign up
• Click "Log in" or "Sign up". You can log in with Google.
• If you sign up with email, confirm your address using the link in the email.
• You can message sellers in the chat, place orders and open disputes only after logging in.
STEP 3. Agree on the details with the seller in the chat
Before ordering, click "Write to seller" and clarify:
• delivery terms — delivery service, city, branch or door-to-door delivery;
• timing — when the seller will ship and how long delivery takes;
• who pays for delivery — you or the seller;
• availability, size, colour, set contents and any other details that matter to you.
You can ask for a discount. If the seller agrees, they will publish a separate listing for you at the reduced price — you place the order from that listing, and the Safe Deal applies to it in the same way.
💬 Keep all arrangements in the WOCH chat. Messages and photos in the chat will serve as your evidence in mediation if a dispute arises.
STEP 4. Place an order
• Click the buy button on the product page (or add several items to the cart and check out together).
• Check the amount. The Firm's service fee is already included in the price — no extra charges.
• After checkout you will receive an order number and a payment invoice with a QR code.
STEP 5. Pay for the order
• Scan the QR code in your banking app or pay using the details on the invoice.
• The recipient is the Law Firm "P.O. HUMAN RIGHTS" (EDRPOU 45811326), not the seller.
• Do not change the payment purpose — it contains the order number (No. …) that we use to match your payment.
• How long an unpaid order stays reserved for you is set by the seller in the listing. If payment does not arrive in time, the order may be cancelled.
• Once the payment is credited, the order status changes and the seller is notified.
• If the listing is marked “Payment in installments is possible”, you can pay for the order in several payments with the order number in the payment purpose. The order page shows how much has been paid and how much remains; the QR code there is for the remaining amount. After each installment the payment deadline is extended to 72 hours. If the full amount is not paid in time, what you have paid will be returned to your account after a moderator check. If you need more time, agree with the seller and write to the moderator.
⚠️ Never pay the seller directly to a card or another account. Payment outside WOCH is at your own risk and is not protected.
STEP 6. Wait for shipment
• The seller ships the goods (or provides the service) and marks the order as shipped, stating the expected delivery date.
• Track the status in "My orders". Notifications are sent by email and, if you have connected the Telegram bot
@woch_orders_bot, in Telegram too.
STEP 7. Check and confirm receipt
• Receive the goods and check them carefully. If something is wrong, take photos of the goods and packaging and send them to the seller in the chat.
• If everything is fine, open the order and click "Confirm receipt".
• Only then is the money transferred to the seller. This action is final and cannot be undone, so click it only after checking.
⚠️ If you neither confirm receipt nor open a dispute, the moderator may confirm the deal after verifying delivery, and the money will be transferred to the seller 48 hours later. So if something is wrong with the goods, open a dispute right away.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
• The goods did not arrive, do not match the description or are damaged — do NOT confirm receipt.
• Open the order and click "Open dispute". Describe the problem and add details.
• A dispute can only be opened for a paid order.
• If you refuse the goods without a valid reason (the goods match the description and the arrangements), the cost of delivery both ways (or one way — as agreed by the parties) may be withheld from your payment during mediation.
• The Firm's attorney will mediate between you and the seller and support the dispute until it is resolved. While the dispute is open, no money is transferred to the seller.
• Messages and photos in the WOCH chat will serve as evidence, so do not move your arrangements to other messengers.
• The procedure is set out in the "Mediation Rules", return terms in the "Returns Policy".
Refunds:
• If the dispute is resolved in your favour, the Firm refunds the money to the same account you paid from. You do not need to fill in anything else.
• A refund to a different account is only possible upon your request with documents: IBAN confirmation (bank certificate or statement), passport and tax ID (RNOKPP) of the account holder, and the reason. Send them to the moderator (the "Message moderator" button in your profile) — after verification the money will be refunded to the specified account.
DAILY HOUSING RENTAL
• Choose dates in the listing calendar and pay for the booking.
• The money is held in the Firm's account and transferred to the host only after you confirm check-out.
• The deposit is returned to you in full, with no fee, unless the host files a claim within 30 minutes of your check-out. If the host does not respond within one hour, a moderator decides.
• Details are in the daily rental guide:
/legal/rent-guide
IF YOU CANNOT PAY IN TIME
• A booking or order is valid only until the end of the payment period, after which it is cancelled automatically.
• You can have no more than 3 unpaid bookings or orders at a time (1 during the first 7 days after registration) and only one per listing.
• Changed your mind? Cancel the booking yourself to free the dates for others.
• If 3 bookings or orders are cancelled for non-payment within 30 days, you will be able to book and buy again only after 7 days. If this happened for a good reason, write to
info@woch.com.ua.
AFTER THE PURCHASE
• Leave a review of the seller — it helps other buyers.
• All orders, invoices and documents are in "My orders".
