How the safe deal works

You pay for the order to the account of the Law Firm, not directly to the seller.

The seller fulfils the order — ships the goods, provides the service or hands over the rental item.

You confirm that everything is fine — and only then does the seller receive the money.
If something goes wrong — the Firm's attorney will conduct mediation and support the dispute until it is resolved.
No extra charges — the Firm's service fee is already included in the price of goods and services.
The safe deal terms are set by the offer agreement with the Law Firm, EDRPOU 45811326. Payment outside the WOCH platform is at the parties' own risk and is not covered by the offer.
