Payment under the commission offer agreement with Law Firm "P.O. HUMAN RIGHTS" (EDRPOU 45811326) provides access to the WOCH safe deal service. Your funds are under legal support: the seller (contractor, lessor) receives payment only after the buyer (customer, tenant) confirms proper fulfilment of the seller's obligations, or on other grounds provided by the commission offer agreement. In the event of a dispute, the Firm's attorney conducts mediation and provides legal support until it is resolved. The Firm's service fee is already included in the price of goods and services. Payment outside the WOCH platform is at the parties' own risk and is not covered by the terms of the commission offer.
